Frank Sotos

Frank was born and raised here in Richmond, Virginia. He is a graduate of Benedictine College Preparatory and attended classes at Virginia Wesleyan College. He first worked for Ayers & Stolte from 2005 through 2008, where he was a real estate legal assistant updating title run downs and recording all deed documents at all jurisdictional courts. 

Frank then worked for Innsbrook Law Group as the paralegal and office manager, and Shaheen & Shaheen Law Firm, where he did relocation real estate closings. Frank then moved up to Cleveland, OH, where he worked for McMahon & DeGulis, LLC - one of the largest environmental tort law firms in Ohio - for 8 years.

Being of Greek descendance and not having any family in Ohio, Frank decided to move back to Richmond in March 2020, where he came back to his Big Fat Greek family. Frank was given the opportunity to come back to Ayers & Stolte to handle their seller real estate closing. He finds it amazing being back in Richmond and Frank is very honored to be back at Ayers & Stolte. Frank enjoys spending time with his son, Yanni, and his bulldog Hercules.
