Stephen G. Julias, Associate

Steve Julias focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions. Steve’s commercial real estate experience includes representing both lenders and developers on acquisition, development and construction loans as well as representing companies who are purchasing or selling hotels, apartment buildings, and office buildings. Steve also has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leases.

On the residential side of real estate, Steve’s representation includes handling both purchaser and seller closings, refinance closings and seller financing closings. Steve is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys coaching Little League Baseball, playing golf, and attending University of Richmond football and basketball games. Steve is a three-term Parish Council President and current Parish Council member of Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
